hello, made an ea play subscription from my laptop, with my mail.
i have a PS5 that has the SAME mail, but when i am searching inside the PlayStation store in the EA store, I see that the PSN did not recognize that I have an EA Play subscription. he is asking me for FULL price for games that include in the subscription.

The problem is as follow:
I have the exact same mail in my ps5 user, and in the ea play user.
in addition, I have linked the account in the ea page. It’s strictly says “linked” under the PlayStation account in the ea page.
yet, when I try to play any game from the list you sent, it does not download, but instead ask me to buy the game, as if I do not have the ea play subscriptions.
Can you please help me solve this?
