Questions about EA PLAY PRO

Hi guys, I got a problem here. The thing is that my ea play pro is going to expire at 12th, Nov. I am going to buy a standard version on steam since ea play pro is kinda expensive. If I change to standard version on steam, can I still get the pre-order reward since I got ea play pro and play eafc 24 from the very first beginning. And also, if I change to standard version on steam, can I get the 20% off on pre-order the next eafc 25? Please help me with this.
