Hey @serodmn Do you get the exact same error with any game you download? 

When you have a moment can you try the following?

• Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs that may be preventing the game from properly saving 
• Repair via the EA App
• Clear EA App's Cache 
• Check for any Anti-virus or Firewall that may be blocking the application or network traffic
