EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

I bought ea play pro today and played a game for like 4 hours before recieving a email saying my membership had been canceled but i did not cancel the membership and now it will not let me play the game. what has happened here !!!!??????

As the title states, I just bought EA Pro to play the battlefield 6 Beta. Launched the game through EA played for a few hours and then logged off to go eat dinner. I come back, boot up and launch the game through EA and I'm locked out of all game modes. Double check my Subscription to EA pro and IT SAYS IT EXPIRED!!!!! I JUST BOUGHT IT!!! How can a monthly subscription expire hours after my purchase?????

I ran into the same issue. 

Check your payment history. Apparently they give you access the moment your payment authorizes. But if the payment registers as failed for any reason (still trying to figure that out myself) than your pro membership 'Expires'. I'm still waiting for an agent in chat. Only solutions really are cancel the failed payment attempt in their system and let you try the payment again right away. Or In rare cases, manually activate EA Play Pro for a short period while waiting for the bank to process — but only if they confirm payment cleared.

Hi I purchased ea play pro on oc last night and I woke up today to it being cancelled but the money has still left my bank what now? 

Edit i also had an active subscription for ea play which I have now cancelled but it's still active until the 28th August  on my ps5 which is linked to the same account as my steam would this be the reason it failed?

You can have multiple subscriptions on different paltforms, that shouldn't be an issue.

Just to check, because it's EA Play Pro, are you trying to use it on the EA app? Or are you trying to use it on your PlayStation or Steam?

I am using ea app on pc it was working fine last night but I got a email at 0430 saying it has been cancelled and the money is pending in my bank account 

I have the same problem exactly yesterday i joined ea play pro and played bf6 few hours then email was sent telling me subscription has been canceled without any reason and the money was deducted from my account which is confusing whats wrong we need an answer for this EA

Yeah I am having the exact same issue i bought it yesterday and it got cancelled overnight but the money has been taken
