Refund EA Play PRO

I bought EA Play PRO for getting into the Early Access to BF6 Open Beta. Even though my account was linked to my Steam account, I did not have access after trying for 5 hours, downloading it from EA App etc. I gave up and watched a twitch stream and got my key and access that way.

Now the Support is refusing to refund my EA Play Pro on the grounds that I downloaded "Glacier", Glacier is Battlefield 6 Open Beta, a game that is available for free and does not require the EA Play Pro subscription to download. 

I would like to get an email to the legal department as I need some clarifications on the arbitration process. Do I need to send the Notice to the given address even though I don't live in US and the agreement is between I and EA Swiss Sarl?
