If it's showing as failed, that means we've not received the funds and the transaction has not been successful. If you've been charged though, you'll want to contact PayPal so they can review those details and see what's happened there.

    @EA_Solaire they say this too me "Thank you for the information provided. Upon checking, the merchant hasn’t fulfilled your order or taken payment from your account at this time. There is no payment made because your financial institute has denied the agreement to charge your account for an order. Please contact your bank or card issuer for decline details and contact the merchant to create a new order.

    The transaction has failed on our side, which means the funds were not received and the transaction did not go through. You'd need to continue to work with PayPal support to ensure those funds are returned.
