I have the same issue

I'm talking right now to the agent and he told me the same thing it will be 999.99 + tax

My account in the renewal section shows the same thing

I ask him about the 199.9 dollar price and he told me I can't see this information but it won't be 4000 TL

But he advice me to put more money that 999.99 TL in my card

My renewal date is 22/8/2024

the prices in Turkey for EA Play memberships were changed to align with recent pricing changes on Steam so that we can keep our pricing the same across all platforms. Due to that the price has changed and if you are resubscribing, you will be charged with the new price. 

Whats the result of your pricing?

But what if I'm not resubscribing, but only get a new year of my old subsription?

My EA Play Pro (yearly) membership will expire in one month, but today I received an email from EA.

Below is the email:

"Hi 08nalbant,

Thanks for continuing to be a part of EA Play. Your annual membership plan will automatically renew for TL999.99 on 9/29/24 and will continue to do so every 12 months. You can turn off your automatic renewal at any time before 9/29/24 by logging into your EA Account. If you'd like further information, please visit Ea"

However, Turkey has recently switched from TL pricing to USD pricing, and the annual EA Play Pro subscription fee is now $120.

According to the email I received, the amount I am required to pay is listed as 999 TL, which is approximately $30. Is there any mistake here, or am I benefiting from the old price because I am a previous subscriber?

We are not trying to learn why the pricing in Turkey changed from Turkish Liras to USD. All the members here are trying to ask that we are already have EA Play Pro annual memberships and we have received an e-mail about the price of the "RENEWAL" of our membership will be 999.99 Turkish Liras. And we want to make sure that is this price correct or is there a mistake about it. Because, contrary to the e-mail sent to us stating that the renewal price will be 999.99 Turkish Liras, if a payment of 129.99 dollars is received from our bank account on the renewal date, this will do nothing but victimize these members. We are waiting for a clear answer about this.

What will happen to me me?

My all friendw renewed it with 999.99 tl prices but because of two times payment issue I cannor pay that amount. 

Why people renewed with that price and why I lost my chanse to renew it with that price??

Will you charge them extra??? No

I do not wanna lose my old price renew rights because of you couldnt take my money

how much time after the inital time they charged you for that amount? Its been a week for me still nothing from EA side. I have updated my payment method and still waiting them to charge me the same amount as yours.
