@Kurisutoph The system typically does not refund the subscription. You can check out the Refund Request page and see if it allows you to process one, but if it does not, you will need to reach out to support so that they can take a look at the account.
I see. A live support employee had canceled my membership and said he issued a refund due to no usage, another confirmed the refund was in action. The next 4 said they couldn’t interfere with the system or whether refund even will happen, but advised me to go to my bank and take my money back, as it belongs to me and I received no service from EA. Live support cannot help me they asked me to write here and refund was only applicable for games from what I found.

@Kurisutoph Support cannot push through or modify refunds in any way. Once a refund has been processed, depending on the bank, that can take up to a week. Once about 7 business days or so goes by and no refund has been received, you reply back to the case you submitted, and let them know no refund was received. They have a separate process for this as that has to be looked into which is not done by live support.
If it has not yet been at least a week, we have to give it time to process.
It had been 11 days now and I canceled the booking via my bank to refund me. When I asked here first nobody replied to me either so I assumed EA silences the topic dead. Nobody could really tell me if a refund would happen, was in the process or reactivate my account and keep the money. Another support said that a reply (so a refund or account activation) would come within 24h, but nothing happened.
I want to express my gratitude to you for atleast replying and giving some insight! I have no membership and the bank should return my money, so from my side the problem can be laid down.

Hi @Kurisutoph, gotcha. So yeah when a refund is processed the timeframe goes by that financial institution and not so much the one who puts in the refund request (so support).
After about a week with no refund returned, our support has to escalate it to find out why. At that point it leaves support hands and goes up to those who can look into it further. That is why we don't handle those here and support does.
