Re: EA Play Subscription Not Active After Purchase

It had been 11 days now and I canceled the booking via my bank to refund me. When I asked here first nobody replied to me either so I assumed EA silences the topic dead. Nobody could really tell me if a refund would happen, was in the process or reactivate my account and keep the money. Another support said that a reply (so a refund or account activation) would come within 24h, but nothing happened. 

I want to express my gratitude to you for atleast replying and giving some insight! I have no membership and the bank should return my money, so from my side the problem can be laid down.

    Hi @Kurisutoph, gotcha. So yeah when a refund is processed the timeframe goes by that financial institution and not so much the one who puts in the refund request (so support).

    After about a week with no refund returned, our support has to escalate it to find out why. At that point it leaves support hands and goes up to those who can look into it further. That is why we don't handle those here and support does.
