Re: EA Play Subscription Not Active After Purchase
It had been 11 days now and I canceled the booking via my bank to refund me. When I asked here first nobody replied to me either so I assumed EA silences the topic dead. Nobody could really tell me if a refund would happen, was in the process or reactivate my account and keep the money. Another support said that a reply (so a refund or account activation) would come within 24h, but nothing happened.
I want to express my gratitude to you for atleast replying and giving some insight! I have no membership and the bank should return my money, so from my side the problem can be laid down.
