This typically happens if your accounts are not properly linked together- you need to login to the EA app using the EA account that your Steam is currently linked with. You can check the Connections section on your EA account here to verify if your Steam is correctly linked or not.
i bought ea play from two different sources and it says i need to buy it again a 3rd time telling me i dont have it. both times it said i had it and then as soon as i close the app it was gone both times
tired of thieving companies making it so hard to get what i paid for there should be a person i can directly talk to and easy to find but look what i have to resort to........... THIEVES
I also have this issue and both accounts show linked
