Having the exact same issue. Cannot download anything.

EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): ElMorrisimo

Are you getting an error message?  No error message, just can't install game

Do you still have an active GamePass Ultimate Subscription? Just a Game Pass standard sub

Are your EA and Xbox accounts linked? Have you recently unlinked them? Everything is linked - Recently unlinked to reset (didn't work beforehand)

Can you not download a specific game or any game? Can't download any game

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue... Clip attached - Note PC GAME PASS is ACTIVE
