Re: F1 2021 and EA Play

@EA_Darko Okay. Sometimes there is incorrect or incomplete information on the landing pages, I understand.

But what should I do now? I bought a subscription for F1 2021, and now I have to buy the same subscription in Steam again because of mistake on your website? It doesn't sound very honest

I think the most correct solution would be to transfer my subscription to Steam. What do you think?

Hey @Gradotechnic we are not able to transfer your membership across platforms.

When looking at EA Play you need to check the game page to ensure that the titles you are interested in are available on the platform you wish to get the membership on.

  • @EA_Darko It's like what you would say:

Yes, it says "tomato sauce" on this bottle, but before you buy it, you should read everything that is written on the reverse side, in case it's soda.

    Man, this is very unfriendly!

Hey @Gradotechnic I'm sorry you are having this issue and I will pass your feedback on but the game is still available on EA Play. It just isn't available on all platforms.

F1 2021 is not available on any EA own platform, as such it cannot be included in EA Play on Origin or the EA App.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread now.
