I know that we get the FUT Heroes item and OTW item after 1st of October, but what about the TOTW1 item? Haven't got it yet after the 27th of September.

I can't seem to find the date for the fut heroes item. How do you know it's the same as the otw . And does item mean player? I'm waiting patiently

I also have this problem with the heroes I didn't get but I have everything else and I can't find anything about it anywhere.
Someone knows something about what to do or how long to wait

You should be able to get your pre-order bonuses once you log into the game.
There is a bit more information on the banned over at the FIFA 22 forums, could you give it a go and let me know if it works?

Available from December 1.
Ones to Watch (OTW) Player Item (untradeable)
- Up to 4800 FIFA Points - 1600 per month for three months starting from October 1
- You need to log into FUT monthly, prior to the last day of each month for the next FIFA Points drop to be available in-game the following month.
- If you sign up for EA Play Pro after October 1, you'll still get the three monthly installments starting once you're a member. You'll get the other two installments on the first of each subsequent month as long as you stay as an EA Play Pro member. The expiration date for this offer is September 30, 2022.
