EA Play from Epic not activated on EA account

I recently bought Dead Space 2023 from Epic stores and I chose the monthly plan from EA PLAY.

I finished the game and now i wanted to play some other games included on ea play but i found that the subscription is not activated on my ea account.

Platform PC

Note the accounts are linked I palyed Dead space with no problem.

Hey dishonoredgr,

Just to confirm, is the subscription active under Epic > Account > Subscriptions? Since you got the subscription through Epic, EA Play would only be available on that platform. So if you're trying to get an EA Play game on the EA App or another platform but aren't seeing your membership benefits kick in, that would explain why.
