Re: How can I check if I have EA Play active subscription?

Thank you very much. So I now checked my EA Play membership, I can see it as active under the Microsoft account subscriptions. I also see a selection of games on Xbox -> Library -> EA Play (so I guess it confirms I am subscribed because I can play those games). Moreover, I checked my EA Play account settings and it says I have it linked with my Xbox account. 

So I guess I am good in terms of the subscription. 

But I didnt receive any bonus items in FIFA23, no supercharge packs, nothing from what was advertised when I was pushed to make the subscription (almost 2 months ago). 

Could you please also give me some tips on this? Thank you very much
