How can I check if I have EA Play active subscription?

Hello, more than a month ago I subscribed to EA Play from my Xbox and I paid for the whole year in advance. I did this because I wanted to receive promo stuff to FIFA 23, like supercharge pack etc. H...

    HI @Banza582 You can check your EA Play subscriptions two ways. 

    One you can log into your EA Account portal and check under the EA Play tab. Secondly, you can check through your Microsoft account under the Services & Subscriptions tab.

    • You should also be able to go to your Xbox, under Manage my games and apps > Library > EA Play tab. Should show if you have an active one.

    If you are seeing the subscription as expired, or not seeing one you can try reaching out to our support to confirm if we see one on your EA account. If not we would need to locate the correct account or sign up for the subscription again.

Thank you very much. So I now checked my EA Play membership, I can see it as active under the Microsoft account subscriptions. I also see a selection of games on Xbox -> Library -> EA Play (so I guess it confirms I am subscribed because I can play those games). Moreover, I checked my EA Play account settings and it says I have it linked with my Xbox account. 

So I guess I am good in terms of the subscription. 

But I didnt receive any bonus items in FIFA23, no supercharge packs, nothing from what was advertised when I was pushed to make the subscription (almost 2 months ago). 

Could you please also give me some tips on this? Thank you very much
