ok sorry i didnt understand you !
i happens when is click on ( ea play on the left side of the screen )

same thing happens with origin app 
i mean i can not access the ea play at all from anywhere only of i set on the vpn!!

i am still facing the same thing . i cant subscribe to ea play!!

yes i was facing the same issue on origin app and the website ,even on my phone!

it was all caused by the network!!

i changed that infernal network and it works very fine now!!

Can you give us more details on how to fix this problem. i have the same problem and i cant seem to find a solution

Hey @rell2 is it possible to try on a different IP or use your phone as a hotspot and connect through it?

i do also have the same problem.

First i had the problem with "anticheat" which was not starting / updating on the origin app.

Then i read in the forum, i should use EA-app. Which i did. But the games are not showing up, but i get error 404 instead....

FIFA23 no listed in collection

If i open fifa in the menu, i get a error report as well
