Community ManagerRe: how to fix error 404 on ea play menu??
Hey @rell2 is it possible to try on a different IP or use your phone as a hotspot and connect through it?

i do also have the same problem.
First i had the problem with "anticheat" which was not starting / updating on the origin app.
Then i read in the forum, i should use EA-app. Which i did. But the games are not showing up, but i get error 404 instead....
- @Wolverin52 now the games are showing up at least, but i dont have fifa23 in my collection. see screenshot attached
FIFA23 no listed in collection
If i open fifa in the menu, i get a error report as well
