You need to list the circumstances of course and if you fullfill these circumstances you need to provide the exact steps regarding how to proceed.
For example - I want to cancel my annual subscription that just renewed itself automatically and i want a refund. I live in Sweden and under swedish law we are entitled to this.
How do i proceed?
Dude, these live supports are the worst. They don't solve anything, can't help with anything, and don't understand what they're doing. No one knows what they're for; they seem like low-intelligence AI. I had the same problem: my EA Play subscription was auto-renewing for 9 months even though I had canceled it, and I only found out this month. I created a refund request, and they just told me my refund request was declined because I hadn't played any games. I wasn't even aware of this and was told to wait. I've been waiting for a week now, and they’re saying I can't create a refund request and my request won't be approved in this situation. So why have you been making me wait for a week? I've spoken with 3 people; two said this would happen, and the last one said it couldn't be done. I seriously don’t understand anything.
How did you raise a refund request? I'm getting double charged for my EA yearly plan although I use the same email address and linked my steam account with the same email. I just can't figure a way to speak to someone or how to raise a refund request. Please someone help me.
