The problem is, i wanna chat with someone and not speak but there is no chat option available. In order to speak with someone on phone I need o pay an extra fee, which I find redundant. Can you guys lemme chat with someone or an email traffic could also be ok

Btw, i live in germany and the time intervals of the call-centers working hours does not just work for me. So please please please let me have a chat with someone. Additionally it has already been like 3 days since I bought that subscription and I still have not got to use it. This is a great problem guys, someone buys something that you guys offer and can not make any use of it
