If you're trying to use your EA Play subscription on the app, then as you said, it won't work because you bought it through Steam. EA Play for Steam and the app are considered to be two distinct subscriptions, and as such they don't carry over between platforms. If you want to make use of EA Play on the EA app, you'll need to subscribe there as well.

And this is why I will be requesting a Refund. That is very Bad and it is not stated anywhere that this is the case. I bought it on PS5 and am having the same issue

Hey @Beaz38,

I don't have access to a PlayStation so I can't check there, but I can confirm that on both Steam and our website it does clearly state that when you purchase an EA Play subscription you only get it for the one platform.
