As the help article says @letsgo2908 If you’re a member of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass for PC, you get EA Play with your subscription. 

You can use the info in the help article to ensure that your accounts are linked.

Again no i mean that the account which has gamepass for pc i want to link with an ea account which doesnt have ea play membership will it have after the link

One final question so i have an ea account which has fifa 21 ultimate team progression and i want to link to my xbox account will i have to start my ultimate team again from zero or do i continue to where i was?

Hey @letsgo2908 if you are playing FIFA 21 on PC and link to an Xbox account to use EA Play through EA Desktop then your FIFA 21 progress should still be there so that you can continue from where you left off.

Im really sorry to question again i know you probably dont like it but its really important for me 

So i want to say that if i linked my ea account to my xbox account and then unlink it can i link it to (Another) xbox account? will i be able to link it to 2 different xbox accounts ?

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
