Re: Madden nfl 21 trial

I get the same with Madden 21 (PS4).  It was initially where it would get stuck loading at "Showtime" and wouldn't proceed, now I get the dead home screen menu, where I can click to my heart's content and nothing happens.  EA's "support" is a joke.  Even worse is I can't access NHL 21 at all.  I used 30 minutes on the trial and then got an error msg stating I didn't have license to use, so I deleted and when I attempted to reinstall the game it only gives me the option to purchase - trial's gone.  At least FIFA 21 works (garbage - MF's refuse to play defense).  But I think that's only because I hadn't tried the trial prior to the auto-renewal.  PS support was helpful up until I asked to be refunded for something I can't use.  Needless to say it won't be renewed again.  Good to know EA's consistent - their game service is as weak as their games have become.
