Hiya, I'm having this issue too on my xbox. I've been trying to log on for around an hour now to start my Fifa 21 trial and it keeps on saying 'Whoopsie, it looks like we've hit a snag' I keep on closing the app and trying again. I've restarted my xbox, deleted and reinstalled ea play hub and rebooted ea play. Please could you tell me how to fix this ASAP.
