I took a moment to check your EA account attached to this forum's account. This isn’t something we normally do through the forums, so I wanted to give you a heads-up that this was an exceptional case, as your situation sounded unusual.
I can confirm that your EA Play Pro subscription, purchased on October 16, was never cancelled until very recently. The membership is now set to end on January 16, 2026.

There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances. For example, if you upgrade to EA Play Pro on the EA app, you’ll be refunded for the remaining paid time left on your initial EA Play membership.
