Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. This might be a one of if not the weirdest thing that happened to me. So my EA Play Pro subscription should have ended on the 14th of January and since I wasn't able to renew it due to not having money for it, I tought I'll let it expire and I'll resub to EA Play Pro whenever I have money for it. But for some reason, it is still active on the 16th of January, and whenever I check if my subscription ended, it still says that it'll end on the 14th of Jan. (shown on the picture atteched below). Whenever I tried to manually cancel the subscpription or renew it, nether of these worked, and it still says that my EA Play Pro is active and it'll renew on the 14th of Jan. which I really can't understand how it's happening. I am asking everyone, including mods or devs to help me in this case because I really don't want to get my account banned because of something that's not my fault, at least I think it's not my fault. The only thing I can think of, what could be the reason of this huge bug is that I used a credit card that's no longer useable due to certain circumstances, and I only changed the card today so that way it can bill me for the next month of EA Play Pro. Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. I’m trying to help a friend recover his account, but he doesn’t speak English. When he tries to play FIFA online and is prompted to log in with his EA account, it shows that another email is registered. However, when he logs into his EA account to link it with his PlayStation account, it says there’s already an EA account linked to his PlayStation. It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service. I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic. There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for. Do NOT reply with standard troubleshooting articles or generic "we are looking into it" responses; I have already tried everything. I'm so frustrated with EA support. So i verified my student status with Student beans website and they have a link to EA for a student discount so I wanted to purchase it. However it didn't work out I get to the official site where it clearly shows that there is a promotion active that ends November 19 we are not there yet so then the discount should work. Yet it do not work so i figure maybe its a issue with my email being with the wife name so made new account with my own email matching my name issue still there. both time i contact EA help and do the useless chat! one rep says its a known issue and will be solved soon they are working on it the other rep says that the image I share isn't the official EA site which it clearly is in the image. This is clearly illegal false advertisement and just straight up foolishness multiple reps all different stories this use of chat only for support is BS since the reps can just end the chat and force you to start a new one over and over if they do not know a answer I had to start a chat a total of 17 time with absolutely no help and its ridiculous.
