EA App not applying the EA Play subscription from Xbox PC Gamepass
Hello, I have the PC Xbox Gamepass with EA play. Recently when I have tried to download a new game through the EA App it makes me pay full price instead of letting me download it. It also shows on the EA app that I do not have a EA play subscription. However, on the Xbox app it shows that I am connected to the EA app and that this is the correct account. I have restarted and reinstalled both of the apps but I am still having the same issue. The games that I downloaded before this issue I can still play, but I can not download any new ones. Recently, I logged into my xbox account and reactivated my pc game pass. While doing so I wanted to play some ea games, and tried to click on the xbox app's link to ea play. It gave me a " There's been an error Try resetting your password and restarting your game." When I went online to the ea page to reset my password using my xbox credentials, it said: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account (*withdrawn*) already linked to your EA Account for a5*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. Why is my xbox account linked to a disabled ea email? this doesn't make any sense. Please help.
EA Play PC Subscription Issue
In April i bought and paid for the EA Play annual subscription through STEAM. Everything was working perfectly and I was happily playing Madden 25 up until tonight when I got a message after playing a match, that my subscription was expired. I assumed it was a glitch or something and paid it no mind. To be clear, i can still play Madden just fine. My issue is that i cannot get and play any other games under the EA Play sub. I wish to play the PGA game that is offered. When I try it wants me to pay for it or start a subscription. My STEAM Account is connected to the EA Play app, but I cannot figure out how to determine that. I'm at a loss to what to do and am requesting some assistance please.EA Plays Game Sharing
I have a PlayStation ps5 essential membership. I also got an EA plays membership. Can the person I am a play station buddy(game sharing) with download the games I have loaded onto my console within the scope of EA plays and play them on their own console? In other words, I have the Essential membership, I have the EA Plays membership. I also have a friend who has a different console that I am a buddy who is my game sharing partner with.Login credentials expired
So I have Xbox Ultimate Gamepass and Im trying to play NHL 14 with a friend, but when I try to play online it tells me that I need to reset my password and that my login credentials have expired. When I try to login to reset my password it does nothing. Clicking continue on NHL 14 on the Xbox just tells me that an EA account is required to play. So, I then tried to link my Xbox account to my EA play so I could play with the friend, but it proceeds to tell me my account is linked with another email. Im confused as to why Xbox sets a random email to Xbox Ultimate Game pass holders. The email its gives me is 7d*****@disabled.ea.com. I of course cant see the rest. I tried putting a case in, but it wont even give me the option. Im just so confused.
