Refund of ea play subscription

I was going to subscribe to ea play and do fifa22 but I didn't have it so I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund. I didn't use it

Hi there. If you purchased an EA Play Pro subscription, please contact an advisor to see if a refund is possible by opening a case here. If you subscribed to EA Play through Xbox Game Pass or PS+, you'll need to contact their support to ask about this.
