Refund Pro
I purchased a game and the Pro account less than 24 hours ago. Tried install the first game (Golf) and it caused a blue screen of death for the anticheat element. Impossible on this site to figure out how to get a refund for a useless Pro account, Game refund worked fine but member ship cancellation and refund is very difficult to locate. Can't really use a membership if the games can't be installed on a brand new high end gaming laptop. Adios EA.
"EA Play memberships are not refundable.
There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances. For example, if you upgrade to EA Play Pro on the EA app, you’ll be refunded for the remaining paid time left on your initial EA Play membership."
