refund request

Hello, I need help with a refund issue.

I had an EA Play annual subscription for $39.99.
I upgraded to EA Play Pro monthly and was charged $16.99, and the Pro subscription is active.

The system was supposed to refund the $39.99 from my EA Play annual subscription, but the refund failed. In my order history, it shows the refund as “FAILED”.

Please issue a manual refund for the $39.99, since I paid for the Pro subscription and did not receive the refund.
