Refund required

I have had just seen that my auto subscription has occured 8th February 2025, I do not purchase or play games any more since last March 2024. I had forgotten that about the auto renewal, in the past I have cancelled my subscription and recieved a refund.

I believe that at this moment 16th February 2025 I am within my 14 days period and able to request a full refund. I cannot see any where on your site to email EA directly.

    I have tried that thanks it says I'm not eligible for a game refund! As its a subscription there does not seem to be an obvious way to resolve this easily, I just need to talk to some real person and sort this out asap. also support directly is not pointing me in a direction that could help 😒is there an email address for such things? I feel that this maybe going down a complaints pathway 😞

    There is not an inbound email address, but if you create a case with the steps above you'll be able to get in touch with the support team.

    That will just involve creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Play > I want a refund.
