In case it wasnt clear, im not trying to have a game refunded. Im trying to have my annual ea play membership refunded as no reminder that it was coming up was sent and i do not have the money to pay for it and my account is now negative.

Community Manager@blastindashton I understand you are trying to refund a subscription and not a game. Most subscriptions are not refundable but we understand things happen. When the site wont let you, you have to speak with chat support so that they can do look into it with you.
The main thing is to not be logged into the help site.
Here are the steps we suggest. If they do not get you a chat, just change the options
- Select the Games Support tab
- Select EA App or EA account
- Select See all help topics
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
