Request for ea play pro refund

I talked to an agent called Laiba yesterday. she said that I should recontact after 24 hours for the ea play pro refund. but today when I tried to cantact. there is no option to chat with anyone. not even n option to email anyone.. 24 hours already passed. and I only want to refund ea play pro which is useless to me.&nbsp;

Try the following. Not all options have a chat.

Select the Games Support tab
Select EA App or EA account
Select See all help topics
Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
Select Continue without logging in
This should give you the chat/email option
