@imaspes As per the EA Play site, for August, you would get a 5K XP boost. The version you have does not matter as it is based on the subscription that you have. If you didn't see that XP boost to show up in the game starting the first week of the month, you would need to reach out to live support.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

  • Select the EA App
  • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
  • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
  • Select Continue without logging in
  • This should give you the chat/email option
