Signed Origin Acess. Can I move to EA Play?

So, I didn't know EA was launching its subscription service on Steam. I signed the anual plan from Origin Acess last week, and now EA launches EA Play on Steam, is it possible to 'move' the subscript...

    Hey @Nakahwra as @CarbonCarl said our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time.
