Steam EA PLAY Bad Company 2 serial key

Whenever I try to access multiplayer on BC2 it asks me for the serial key but I don't have one. I recently got EA Play through steam but never received any thing aside from the confirmation of purcha...

im having a similar problem with dead space 2, ea help also said to ask steam about it, steam directed me straight back here,  brought ea play to play these games, i won't be buying it again if this isn't sorted out

    its several games they are advertising not only dead space 2

      Hey all, if seeing issues such as this then you will need to reach out to Steam support. They will be able to take a look and advise you furhter.

        Steam support do nothing except to point straight back to EA.
