Subject: EA Play Subscription Activation Issue Through Epic Games
To whom it may concern,
Approximately 15 days ago, I purchased an EA Play subscription through the Epic Games platform, but I have been unable to link it to my EA account or use the service.
When I first encountered this issue, I contacted the Epic Games support team. They informed me that the activation process is managed by EA and advised me to contact you directly.
I cannot find any option within my Epic Games account to link my subscription to my EA account. When I try to launch a purchased EA game, the EA application opens and displays the following error message:
"An error occurred. Try resetting your password and restarting your game. You can now close this window."
This is preventing me from using the service I paid for. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
