The games of Ultima 6 and Ultima 8 do not work after they been downloaded?

I just purchased Ultima 6, 7, and 8. I downloaded all three but only 7 loads perfectly both 6 and 8 do nothing. I repaired them and re downloaded them and still nothing. Any one else have this problem
