Trying to purchase on PS Store but EA Pro isn't applying

Hello,

I am trying to pre-order College Football 25 on the PS Store, however I am not receiving the 10% discount and it says I need to subscribe. I have confirmed that my EA Play account is a Pro Account and my PSN is connected to it. What do I need to do in order to get this discount?

You would need a separate EA Play membership specifically for your PlayStation- EA Play Pro for PC on the EA app does not carry over to your PlayStation.

Do you have an EA Play membership for PC, or is this membership for your console? If you have the membership for PC on the EA app, that wouldn't carry over to your PlayStation as EA Play on PS is a separate membership, even if your accounts are properly linked together.

Hello, thank you for letting me know. This is what I have. I also have regular through xbox game pass. So are you saying I would need to get a separate EA Play Pro Account even though everything is linked?
