Unable to cancel EA PlayPro subscription

I have tried to cancel my EA PlayPro subscription several times, using the option to cancel in my account management, and get a screen that has a 500 error on it every time. I have cleared cache and ...

    @StarCat70 If the st eps on th EA Play FAQ does not help, you will need to contact support in order for them to take a look at the account and get that canceled for you.
