Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5
hello!
im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this.
PS Store have just 1 option...

The Sims 4 was one of the reasons I signed up to EA Play this month, I checked beforehand If the game was in the service and It was listed, but both Sims 4 and BF1 are not free at the store despite having the "EA Play" logo on It.

Nope, just the option to buy It, like the app as imagens show.
As I said before, Sims 4 and Battlefield 1 are the only games that I can't download for "free" with the EA Play.
I signed up for EA Play on Playstation 4 mostly to play The Sims 4 - it looked like it was available to play for free as part of the play list?? But in the Playstation store, I only have the option to pay for the full game with the 10% discount. Other games from the list all have a free play option or an option to purchase with the discount. Is it not available?
