Unable to login to Madden 24 on Xbox Series X

It states “this trial can only be played on the account downloaded please sign in back into the account and restart the game to continue progress”

but I own the full game and it won’t let me log into anything and play the game

    Hi everyone, 

    Thank you for reaching out about this. We are currently looking into this error. 

    In the meantime, we've seen some reports that you might be able to get around this error by hitting LT or L2 to switch to a different profile, then switching back to your main account. Please give that a shot when you're able and see if it allows you to log in. 

    We appreciate your patience while we're looking into this.
