Thanks for your reply. For example, I am playing Mass Effect legendary edition and my progress seems to be saved on the Xbox's Microsoft account, same for Star Wars Squadrons. If I unlink the xbox account from my accidental EA account, and link it to another, will I keep that progress?
I believe it will wipe the Dragon Age Inquisition account (linked to Dragon Age Keep), which will be very disappointing, but at least the others should be kept right? Or does it affect every EA game?
Community ManagerHey @Amyxxz unlinking of an account will result in all in-game progress being lost.
If the progress is important to you then I would recommend that you do not unlink.

Ok. I appreciate your reply. If I am to keep this account, the problem is, it doesn't actually have a username and password I can use to log into Origin or EA Desktop. The only way I have been able to log into it is through the EA Help page using my xbox account log in. Could you help me to work out how to log into this on PC?
