Thanks, unfortunately I have raised 3 tickets so far, all of which have been marked as 'resolved' without someone actually helping me. I will raise another case here, and hopefully can get help.

4 years agoHey @Amyxxz it's best to only make a single case, if you open multiple cases then they will be closed off.

Just clarifying, I only made 1 case, which was put to resolved multiple times. I raised it again to resume it. I definitely only had a single case number.

I am trying Edge and Firefox, I am not sure what's supposed to come up, but there is no pop up chat window
