Unlink xbox account from EA account, link to another account, and keep saves

Hey @Amyxxz unlinking of an account will result in all in-game progress being lost.

If the progress is important to you then I would recommend that you do not unlink.

Just clarifying, I only made 1 case, which was put to resolved multiple times. I raised it again to resume it. I definitely only had a single case number.

That's an odd one @Amyxxz, can you try a different browser to see if you have the same issue?

I am trying Edge and Firefox, I am not sure what's supposed to come up, but there is no pop up chat window

Hey @Amyxxz I tested it there and was able to create a case and speak with our support in seconds.

Can you try disabling any browser extension or try on a different device to see if you have the same issu?
