Verification code goes to hotmail instead of outlook

I have an outlook account, whenever I type it out to log in to EA play, it sends the verification code to a hotmail account. If I type in [edit: email address removed] it sends the code to [edit: ema...

    Hey @CloudyElk for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hey @CloudyElk all emails will be sent to the primary email on the account, if getting emails to a certain account then this means that you have set it as the primary account.

    The primary email is set as the outlook account, as shown on the settings page, and I even type out the outlook part and it still sends it to hotmail
