what is the point of answers HQ

What is the point of ANSWERS HQ if the answer is always "get in contact with EA support"?
Delete the site and just put the contact details for EA support here.

Save everyone a few days' worth of frustration

    Hey @mosheroni, 


    Answers HQ is a place where players can help each other with questions. That does mean that we can't really help with some things like account or payment issues. For things like that it's best to contact EA Help.
