Can you give me some details on what's happening? I'm not seeing any notes on the account. Are you trying to unlink a gamertag from your EA account?

He wants to link an EA account to his Xbox Account, but theres already an old EA Account linked and he doesnt remember about it and has no clue what account is this.
So he is screwed as the rest of us.
