When i open my ea play it says "it looks like we've encountered an error"

What can i do? please i want to give 3.99$ to play 10 hours

    Hi everyone,

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is currently under investigation. 

    We're currently looking into the issues with the EA Play app not loading up. Thanks for bearing with us while this is under investigation. 

    If you're currently trying to download the FIFA 21 Play First Trial, you should be able to get around this in the meantime by downloading the trial directly from your console's store rather than going through the EA Play app.

    I’ve had EA Play for a while now and I want to access it to play fifa but it comes up with the screen “Whoopsie, it looks like we’ve got a snag”. I’ve done everything like restart my console, reconnect my internet and still nothing. Please help.

    Same thing for me.  When i try to contact support through chat it gives me an estimate wait time of 4 hours which is absurd.

    Will chargeback on my Amex if they cant fix this relatively soon.  Waste of money.

    Had this message appear for the last 50mins! Tried resetting everything, all my subscription is correct and still not able to get into the app!? Looks like I aint the only one with this issue. EA you need to sort this joke of a problem out.

    Seriously every time Ea “ launches” something new it’s the same stuff different day. Server issues, no one can connect, it’s such a joke

    you just have to search foor fifa 21 on ps store and press trial

    I can confirm this works.

    search Fifa 21 in the store and then click on standard edition next to either the countdown or price of the game it says download trial.
