When i open my ea play it says "it looks like we've encountered an error"

I am trying to download fifa 21 to 10 hour early access for some reason I can go to ea play app to download can you help me out please 

• Can't find the trail in the play store. 

There is no option in the store for a Fifa 21 trial on xbox?   Please advise where that is found.

Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is currently under investigation. 

We're currently looking into the issues with the EA Play app not loading up. Thanks for bearing with us while this is under investigation. 

If you're currently trying to download the FIFA 21 Play First Trial, you should be able to get around this in the meantime by downloading the trial directly from your console's store rather than going through the EA Play app. 

I can load the EA play app, I have gone through and tried to start the game and it comes up as download failed. I uninstalled it last night, set if to re-install and still the same this morning. Checked my EA play subscription and up to date, checked main menu and it says game is downloaded but completely unable to load the 10 hour trial. No matter what it comes up as download failed.

Thanks for the updates on this. While the issues with the EA Play app itself should be fixed, we're still investigating the problems that some people are having with accessing the FIFA 21 trial on Xbox One. 

I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the Xbox Live Status page for updates on this. There should be an update there once the issue has been resolved.

i have some what the same ting but it saying ur steam sub is exiperd tho i just had it for 3 day 

This says it was being investigated and is marked as solved yet I just subscribed and get the same error, what do I need to do and why take payments for subscriptions if your hub isn’t even working?
