I'm afraid we don't have an exact date on that just yet. It was announced that it should be happening some time in 2021, but that's all we know right now. Once we have more details we'll most likely make an announcement to let everyone know.

Just spoke with EA on the chat.
And their answer to the same question were:
"It is to be released in the 2021 however the date is yet to be confirmed. Once the Xbox and the EA has confirmed the date it will be announced on the online forums and social media platforms"
Not so happy with that answer, so I asked:
"Should I buy EA Play now instead of waiting for my Xbox subscription?"
And his answer were:
"Yes you can but the monthly subscription as of now and once the EA play game pass ultimate goes live you can switch for it"
So I guess I'll buy one month for now, so I can play NFS Heat on my PC.

this is probably why it was delayed. had to milk those last few holiday and pandemic months in 2021... they just wanted the last bit of sales they could gather i bet.
